The DesirMED partnership counts 34 partners from 10 countries: Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Croatia, the Netherlands, Ireland and Switzerland. Building on its diversity and expertise, the DesirMED team will foster synergies among key actors to drive transformation towards climate adaptation.
