On June 10, 2024, the Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes hosted an EU Webinar on Climate Adaptation. During this event, our partner PAP/RAC presented an insightful overview of the DesirMED project, highlighting essential information for potential applicants. The presentation centered on the project's key objectives and activities, offering valuable insights on joining the consortium, navigating the Horizon Europe application process, and providing practical advice for effective project submission and implementation.

Key contributions of PAP/RAC were emphasized, as well as the role of Split-Dalmatia County as a pivotal demonstration site. The goals and expected outcomes for this site within the DesirMED project were thoroughly outlined.

This webinar marked Croatia's first dedicated effort to explore new topics under the EU Mission Adaptation to Climate Change. DesirMED was showcased as a successful example of climate adaptation initiatives, aiming to encourage participation from Croatian stakeholders in similar projects under the Climate Adaptation Mission.
